About MindBright
MindBright® is the first 1-minute app for mental strength. One daily question that creates clarity. Science-based, digital, and without esoteric concepts.
Our story
MindBright® emerged from a simple but pressing thought: Why do so many people feel exhausted in daily life, even though they function?
The answer lay not in a lack of discipline or motivation, but in an overloaded mind. Between meetings, appointments and expectations, there is barely any room for inner clarity. Yet this clarity is exactly what determines how strong we truly are: mentally, emotionally, humanly.
From this observation, MindBright® was born. An app that radically simplifies resilience and mental strength. No 20-minute meditations, no self-optimisation programmes. Just one minute a day. One question, one thought, one moment for yourself.
MindBright combines neuroscientific insights about resilience, mindfulness and emotional regulation with modern AI technology. From the beginning, the goal was to make science-based methods so simple that they fit into any daily routine and full calendar.
The idea: Mental health should not be complicated. It should be natural.
MindBright® is therefore not another self-help tool, but an invitation to return to ourselves. Every day, for one minute.
MindBright®: Resilience & mental strength in just 1 minute per day.

Science & Evidence
MindBright® is based on scientific findings from resilience research, positive psychology and neuroplasticity.
Every exercise, every impulse and every micro-reflection in the app follows the principle: Science-based, not self-help.
The goal is not to superficially generate motivation, but to sustainably strengthen neural processes that promote resilience, emotional stability and mental flexibility.
MindBright® translates complex research findings into simple, everyday micro-interventions — for noticeable impact in just one minute per day.
The MindBright® method is based on current research into resilience, stress regulation and neuroplasticity. The following peer-reviewed studies show how mental strength can be measurably promoted.
